Aluminum Alloy

As the most common machining materials, aluminum alloy shows its advantages as follow: low density, light weight, easy machining and good effect of surface treatment. Different types of aluminum alloy materials can be selected according to different properties and application environments. The most common aluminum alloy machnining materials are: 5052, 6061, 6063, 6082, 7075, etc., which have stock in our warehouse and can be used for machining at any time.

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, which is one of the most commonly used material used by engineers. The common models of the materials are: austenite, martensitic stainless steel with code of SUS304, SUS303, SUS316, SUS420, duplex stainless steel, etc. And they can be selected according to the purpose of machining parts.

Copper

The copper parts machined from CNC, with good conductivity, heat conduction, ductility, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, which is widely used in electric power, electronic engineering, energy, petrochemical, transportation and other fields.

Alloy Steel

Alloy steel means that iron and carbon elements are added in steel. Alloy steel is an iron-carbon alloy which is made up of adding one or more alloying elements on the basis of ordinary carbon steel. According to the different added elements and the proper machining process, the special properties such as high strength, high toughness, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, high temperature resistance and non-magnetism can be obtained.

Magnesium Alloy

Since the density of magnesium alloy is 1.8/cm3, its weight is very small. The parts of magnesium alloy have the following characteristics: light weight, high strength, high rigidity, good heat dissipation, greater ability to bear impact load than aluminum alloy, and good corrosion resistance to organics and alkali.

Titanium Alloy

Titanium alloy parts are characterized by high strength and small density, good mechanical properties, good toughness and corrosion resistance, very low thermal conductivity, but they are machined difficultly.

Engineering Plastics

Engineering plastics are oftenly used to verify industrial design. And most of the plastic materials have the characteristics of high mechanical strength, high rigidity, high surface hardness, good insulation, etc

Precious metals elements such as gold, silver and platinum are the main cornerstones of many materials, with irreplaceability and characteristics many in their respective functions, making them a key part of a variety of products that are expensive and require precision machining.
