Flow drilling is a non-cutting method of drilling holes in metal by applying high pressure and frictional heat to melt the material.

Features: 1.   Circular Friction Drill (Standard Type Friction Drill) : The friction drill penetrates the workpiece while pulling the bushing, forming a convex ring. The boss surface is suitable for thread sealing or nut washers.

2.   Flat type friction drill (designated flat friction drill) : The middle part of the drill bit is ground with stepped melt-cutting blades. The flow drill penetrates the workpiece and stretches, forming a convex surface on the workpiece (ring milling and chamfering), making the surface smooth.
