MT2 and MT3 Toolholders
Especially for hard metal tools the tool holder is of great importance for a long tool life, safety and reliability of the tools.
Toolholders use Collets with multiple prongs that totally encompass and clamp the tool. Toolholders are available with a #2 and #3 Morse Taper shank or a 20mm straight cylindrical shank to accommodate your machine specifications.
The Toolholder uses a specially designed aluminum Cooling Disc to dissipate heat that may ascend on the drilling column towards the motor assembly.
MT2 is designed to be used with drill diameters 2.0 mm through 16.4 mm
MT3 can be used with drill diameters 2.0 mm through 50.8 mm
Collets
Collets with multiple prongs totally encompass and clamp the tool. This optimum clamping system insures that the will not slip while rotating at the high speeds required in the process.
Collets size ER25 6 through 14 are for use with the Toolholder MT2
Collets size ER32 6 through 20 are for use with the Toolholder MT3

The heat dissipation wing handle of hot melt drill can not only clamp the hot melt drill bit，ensure the accuracy of tool operation,and it has other important functions:There are many small holes in the special aluminum alloy heat dissipation disc,It's going to take the heat out quickly,It can reduce the high temperature generated by drilling (the temperature can reach 600-800 ℃ in continuous operation),ensure that the main shaft of the equipment will not be damaged due to excessive temperature.
We can improve the following specifications of heat dissipation tool handle for use with drilling machine equipment:
1. Manual drilling machine: it can provide two kinds of Morse taper, i.e. Morse #2 taper and Morse #3 taper, and Ø 16 Ø 20mm cylindrical heat dissipation tool handle.
2. CNC machining center: it can provide BT30, BT40, HSK a-63, iso30, iso40, SK40 and cat40 cooling toolholders

Spring collet:High concentricity and surface finish, after special heat treatment, precise structure can reliably ensure that the hot melt drill will not slide at high speed.
The following ER25 and er32 chucks can be provided for the heat dissipation tool holder:
ER25 is used to drill holes with diameters from 2.0 to 16.4 mm;
ER32 is used when drilling holes with diameters from 2.0 to 50.8 mm.
